EAHC21 is an automatic control unit for up to 2 heat recovery units.
It is designed to be used in conjunction with Exodraft’s chimney fans and heat exchangers.

The EAHC21 system is a WAGO PLC control unit with various digital and analog I/O modules connected to terminal blocks for easy connection.

The EAHC21 has a built-in flow meter, allowing you to monitor the system’s production (kW) on the 7” touch screen. This screen is also where you can configure the system. Additionally, you can view recent warnings and trend curves for both systems, so you always know what is happening within the systems.

The control unit monitors and maintains specific pressures and temperatures by adjusting the speed of the chimney fan and controlling the water temperature in the hydraulic system. It also monitors pressure loss in the heat exchanger as well as other critical values in the heat exchanger system. The various pressures in the system are measured by XTP 150 sensors and the temperatures by PT1000 sensors.
If the system’s set values for pressure and temperature reach critical levels, a warning is displayed on the screen, and an alarm relay is activated.

It is possible to gain remote access to the control via a web server.
