The heat recovery unit Basic Plate is part of the Basic series from Exodraft, which recovers surplus energy from flue gases and process air.<\/p>\n\n
Basic Plate is designed to handle flue gas temperatures up to 600\u00b0C and is primarily used for industrial and commercial plants with long operational hours and high outlet temperatures in chimney ducts and chimneys. The Basic series is typically used in industries such as bakeries, food production, and metalworking.<\/p>\n\n
The cabinets of the Basic series units consist of stainless steel EN 1.4404 internally, and all external parts are made of stainless steel EN 1.4301. They are also protected against radiation by 40 mm insulation, and the built-in drain ensures that condensate is effectively removed.<\/p>\n\n
The recovered and stored surplus energy can be used for energy optimization in, for example, production, heating of domestic water, cleaning, or surplus water from work processes.<\/p>\n\n
Basic Plate can be used in heated process air from gas, electricity, and oil (may require special alloy of the exchanger).<\/p>\n\n
The plate heat exchangers are easy to remove for cleaning and maintenance. The maximum pressure on the water side of the heat exchanger is 12 bar.<\/p>\n\n
Units in the Basic series can be combined modularly, allowing the creation of a completely customized system. Due to its compact and unique design, Exodraft heat exchangers require minimal space.<\/p>\n\n
The plate units are delivered with four lifting eyes, which can be relocated, making both horizontal and vertical installation possible. Basic Plate is intended for indoor installation but can also be installed outdoors if the unit is properly covered\/enclosed.<\/p>\n\n
The Basic series offers, as an alternative to the standard heat exchanger, a brazed version made of copper, and a version where the brazing is produced in nickel, which is more suitable for installation in corrosive environments.<\/p>\n\n
Basic Plate is not suitable for units with solid fuel (wood, coal, biomass, etc.).<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n
